GFSI — the Global Food Safety Initiative, a coalition organised under the Consumer Goods Forum — sets the benchmarking requirements that food safety certification schemes are measured against. Its annual conference is where the food safety world meets across the whole chain: retailers, manufacturers, certification bodies, regulators and standards owners in one room.
