The shape of the HVAC show season

HVAC's trade calendar concentrates heavily in the fall, with a secondary window in winter and early spring. Chillventa opens the fall cluster in Nuremberg in October, followed within weeks by PHCC CONNECT in Milwaukee and ServiceTitan Pantheon in Orlando. Home Service Freedom Conference and Service World Expo both land in Las Vegas that same season. Winter brings AHR Expo to Chicago, and International Builders' Show returns to Las Vegas in February.

Season and geography

October is by far the busiest month, carrying more anchor shows than any other point on the calendar, with January, February, and March each contributing a single show. Las Vegas is the most-visited city in this topic, hosting three separate shows across the year, while Nuremberg, Chicago, and Milwaukee each add a single stop.

Choosing which show fits

The October cluster serves different corners of the trade: PHCC CONNECT and Home Service Freedom Conference speak more directly to contractors and home-service business owners, Service World Expo focuses on field service operations, and ServiceTitan Pantheon centers on the software side of running an HVAC business. AHR Expo in January and International Builders' Show in February shift the focus toward manufacturers, distributors, and the broader building-products supply chain. Exhibitors and attendees new to this topic can use that split as a filter — contractors and service businesses will likely get more from the fall Las Vegas-heavy cluster, while manufacturers and product suppliers may find the winter shows a closer fit — and use Las Vegas's repeat hosting to plan multiple stops on a single trip.
