The 2027 BIO International Convention runs 7–10 June 2027 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The BIO International Convention is the global biotechnology industry's major annual gathering, organized by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization — biotech companies, investors, academics and policymakers converging for partnering, dealmaking and scientific programming.

BIO One-on-One Partnering is the event's engine: tens of thousands of scheduled meetings that make the convention the year's biggest biotech dealmaking floor. The convention rotates host cities — Philadelphia in 2027, San Diego in 2028, Boston in 2029.
