Heart Rhythm 2027 — the Heart Rhythm Society's annual scientific sessions — runs 13–16 May 2027 in San Francisco, California.

This is the world's premier meeting in cardiac electrophysiology: the scientific venue where late-breaking clinical trials in arrhythmia care, ablation technology and cardiac devices are presented. The audience is electrophysiologists, cardiologists, allied EP professionals and the device industry that serves them.

The organiser notes housing opens in the autumn for HRS members, with public registration following in December. A specific venue has not yet been named on the event site; the host city rotates annually.
