The International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York 2027 runs 7–9 March 2027 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
The New York Restaurant Show, in its 34th year, is the Northeast's major foodservice trade event, run in partnership with the New York State Restaurant Association and the NYC Hospitality Alliance. Hundreds of vendors cover restaurant equipment, technology and food and beverage products.
The 2027 event adds a Pizza Tomorrow Summit pavilion, alongside the show's culinary demonstrations and competitions.
